Win Prime Day
before Prime Day
starts.
ASIN-level competitor monitoring for Amazon brands. Built by a former Amazon EU Senior Brand Specialist — so your team walks into peak events with a written competitive read, not reactive scrambling.
The Problem
The visibility gap
that costs you
peak events.
Goes stale by the hour
- 01
Most Brand Managers running Tier 1 Amazon brands lose share during Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday for the same reason. Not bad pricing strategy. Not weak content. Visibility.
- 02
By the time you've manually pulled competitor data — pricing, promo state, review velocity, content updates, variation shifts — across your top 30 SKUs, your direct competitors have already moved twice. The intelligence is stale before it reaches your team.
- 03
The gap is worst during peak event prep. Competitors stage their moves 14-21 days before the event opens, and most brands don't see those moves until the event is already running.

Pre-Event Intelligence
Competitors stage their moves
14-21 days before the event.
Your team walks in with a written competitive read — not reactive scrambling.
What's Included
A competitive analyst
on retainer — for less.
Not a dashboard to log into. A small number of ranked moves, each with the dollars at stake and the exact play to run. This is what an $80–120K analyst hire does — delivered as a system.
One move. The dollars at stake. The play to run.
Every surfaced move carries a conservative, economics-derived dollar range — never a number we made up — and an immediate, specific action. If we can't stand behind the data, the move never reaches you.
Unauthorized FBM seller took the Buy Box on your flagship SKU at a $5 undercut
A third-party FBM seller has displaced you from the Buy Box on your highest-volume listing, undercutting your price. The loss is active now, and it's also bleeding your ad ROAS and routing organic conversion to a seller you don't control.
Walk in knowing exactly what changed overnight
A 5-minute Daily Morning Brief: what every competitor did in the last 24 hours, ranked, with the one or two things actually worth your attention.
The moment a material move happens, you know
Real-time Slack alerts, tuned with your team in week one so it's signal, never noise.
Your real competitors, mapped for you
Done-for-you ASIN-to-competitor profiling of your top SKUs. The painful manual work, eliminated — and yours to keep regardless of continuation.
Walk into Prime Day with the response already written
A custom pre-event playbook for Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and category events — built around your brand's actual margin tolerances.
Daily eyes on competitor prep before every Tier-1 event
Pre-event intelligence sprints: heightened monitoring 14-21 days out, with a daily brief on how competitors are positioning for the surge.
A board-ready read on where you stand
Quarterly strategic review: a document on competitive position, share movement, and the recommended plays for next quarter.
Your team trained to act, not just read
Two 30-minute implementation calls — live training for your VA, brand manager, or analyst on the alert workflow and response playbook.
A direct line to us, not a ticket queue
Direct Slack access for your first 60 days. Real access, not Intercom-style support.
Fit
Who this works for.
Built specifically for Amazon brands doing $5M-$50M GMV with a Brand Manager or Director of Amazon owning competitive strategy. If your team is feeling the visibility gap on direct competitors — especially during peak events — this is the system. We operate at a different layer than category dashboards: focused on direct ASIN-level competitive dynamics.
- Amazon brands doing $5M-$50M GMV
- Brand Manager or Director of Amazon owning competitive strategy
- Teams feeling the visibility gap on direct competitors
- Brands that lose share or scramble during peak events
- Sub-$1M sellers — the math doesn't work for either side
- Category-level monitoring needs (we don't replace Helium 10 or Sellerboard)
- Teams looking for keyword research or PPC management
- Brands without a dedicated Amazon owner on the team

About
Why I built this.
I'm Álvaro de la Fuente. I spent 4 years as a Senior Brand Specialist at Amazon EU, managing a top 5 brand in the Print category — including Deal POC responsibility for peak events.
I lived inside the exact problem this system solves: the manual ASIN-level competitive analysis that's impossible to do continuously and impossible to do well during event prep.
Earlier this year I left Amazon to run Cork Fountain full-time, building AI automation systems for B2B operators. The competitive intelligence system is the one I wish I'd had when I was inside.
If you're a Brand Manager managing real revenue exposure on Amazon, you've felt this gap. Let's close it.
